Quality

Totally Corporate Pty Ltd is a designer, manufacturer and supplier of Corporate Uniforms, Image Wear, Corporate Wear, Business Attire, Medical Uniforms and Work Uniforms and we operate our Quality Management System in compliance with Australian Standard AS/NZS ISO9001:2008.

It is our Policy to supply only garments, which comply with the relevant, previously agreed to, specifications and/or contract requirements.

Our garments are designed and manufactured to maintain the company's position as a quality manufacturer and supplier. Within this Policy, the performance of our garments must reflect market requirements and provide a high degree of customer satisfaction.

We believe that quality starts with a full understanding of customer requirements, and continues through all subsequent stages of manufacture. It also includes the quality that comes from the skill of the person making the product.

We therefore ensure that all staff is made aware of (and understand) this Policy and the relevant business processes and are responsible for its implementation. To assist us with this, the Policy is displayed in suitable locations in the company. Staff members are responsible for manufacturing the scheduled quantity of garment in the required time, in accordance with the planned estimate, and also at the required quality level. We believe that a “make it right the first time” approach is the key to quality production, cost reduction, productivity and customer satisfaction.

The procedures we use describe how our Quality System is designed to ensure that our customer's requirements are recognised and that consistent control is established, implemented, and maintained.

The foregoing principles are intrinsic to Totally Corporate Pty Ltd for the assurance of product quality, and all employees are required to actively support the implementation and maintenance of this policy.
